Week 3 of CMM 2014 Half Training

Good Week!  I still need to up my miles and number of workout days!  So hard to fit it all in though!

Monday
Rest day

Tuesday
Morning run of 3 miles @ 10:20 pace.  Getting faster!

Wednesday 
Rest

Thursday
3 miles at 9:52 pace.  Wow!  This was super fast for me!

Friday
Rest

Saturday
Rest

Sunday
5 Miles at 11:03 pace

Total Miles: 11
Total Workout Days: 3
