Week 4 of CMM 2014 Half Training

Goal of the week was to squeeze everything in from Monday thru Friday since I am going to Chicago this weekend with friend and will not have time for running!

Monday
4 Miles @ 10:46 pace

Tuesday

Wednesday
3.5 Miles @ 10:39 pace

Thursday
2 Miles - 1 min Sprints at 7.5 on treadmill

Friday
5.5 miles @ 11 pace

Saturday & Sunday
In Chicago!

Total Miles: 15
Total Days: 4

That's more like it!
